Visual Thought and How Humans Think - A Demonstration for Researchers

This presentation shows the difference between Large Language Models (LLM's) and visual thought artificial intelligence,  or what is called the NMCA Visual Thought AGI Blueprint of 2026 (471 pages). AGI is Artificial General Intelligence.

I define AGI as an "artificial being".

The difference is seen when one imagines "A red apple and a blue vase on a wooden table".  A human reading this can "see" it in their mind's eye. We simulate reality and we dream.

We are visual. We convert text to simulations in our mind. An LLM such as chatGPT, Grok, and Claude, are good at predicting the next word, which came originally from autocomplete programs when typing. LLM's have no understanding of reality, nor any understanding of "what an apple is" as a human does.

That is why the future of AGI research depends on visual thought.
